The 31105 designation was an unfortunate choice. Although the input section of this and the 31105 are similar, in fact this preamp is more like a 33115 or 33114 electronically. There have been numerous cases of confusion as a result of this, and for that, I am deeply apologetic. In fact it is a damn good sounding preamp!
