Sales Policy
We guarentee every piece of rack
gear and microphone we sell to be satisfactory unless distinctly
and specifically sold as is.
We guarentee all consoles and tape machines to be as described.
WE DO NOT , IN ANY CASE, GUARENTEE THE POTS AND SWITCHES ON USED
CONSOLES.
The bottom line is, we try to sell solid, working equipment and
will do everything we reasonably can to satisfy that requirement.
The bottom line is that we want you, the customer to be satisfied
with the gear and with our customer service. We hate to sell crappy
gear, but if you insist on buying it, we will sell it to you, although
we always express our honest opinion.
WE DO NOT HOLD EQUIPMENT BASED ON
ANY ONGOING CONVERSATIONS. UNLESS WE SPECIFICALLY TELL YOU WE ARE
HOLDING IT FOR YOU, WE WILL FEEL FREE TO SELL IT................
IF WE AGREE TO A PRICE AND WE RECIEVE
A DEPOSIT,THEN THE EQUIPMENT WILL NEVER BE SOLD TO ANOTHER INTERESTED
PARTY...
We require payment in full before shipping equipment.
You must notify us with 48 hours
of receipt of the gear if it has been damaged in shipping.
You must retain all packaging from
any damaged shipment and must permit the shipping company to inspect
it for damage.
We do not ship c.o.d.
We do not refund shipping or duty
charges.
If you return a unit for repair,
and we can find no apparent problem, we will charge you $37.50 for
the checkout.
Orders for parts less than 50. will
be assessed a handling charge of $12.50.
